    A letter arrives from a customer's lawyer, demanding money by a deadline.

    I help you decide how to respond and what to say. If you're thinking about sending one, I help with that too.

  3. A lawsuit underway

    Your business has been sued, or you've filed and it's moving.

    I give you strategic counsel as it unfolds, so your decisions are informed ones. And if you need a litigator in the case itself, I handle that too, in state or federal court.
